I have a license and want to install Creative Cloud on two machines as allowed: one Mac and one PC. On the Mac, everything works fine, but when I try to install it on the PC, I can only download the .dmg file and cannot access the .exe file for Windows. It's also impossible to manually select a PC version. The same issue occurs when I try to install the applications individually (error: incompatible version...). It seems my PC is being recognized as a Mac. How should I proceed? Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi Armand36044854r39a,
Thank you for reaching out. As you mentioned, you are unable to install Creative Cloud apps on your Windows machine because it is downloading the .dmg file and getting an error when running a .exe file. It would be helpful if you could share the process of downloading these setup files and the version of Windows OS you are using.
To check and confirm if it meets the system requirements for the apps you are trying to install, see the following help document: https://adobe.ly/4fKT4l8.
Also, have you tried installing the Creative Cloud apps with the process mentioned in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/4fNzk08, if not please give it a try and let us know if this works.
Hope this helps.
Thanks,
^BS
