Hi,

It looks like creative cloud App is running on the machine where you are trying to install the products. Please quit the creative cloud App and then try to install. You can restart it once the installation is complete.

Out of curiosity, what led you to believe that the Creative Cloud application was running?

Hi,

I guessed it based on the error codes. Regarding the broken shortcuts, looks like some problem with the uninstallation. If you installed the products through an MSI (using AAMEE 3.1 for CS6), the correct way of unistallation is to run that MSI in uninstall mode. If you have installed through an MSI and the unistalled manually from control panel, that can lead to some problems.
