Unable to login to CreativeCloud...
At work I recently requested Adobe InDesign and after a few days I was told I can use my credentials (SSO) to download the software. So I downloaded Creative Cloud software, but when I login using those credentials I get the following screen.

My IT team saying that I am enabled with a Federated ID and my IT team says they have exhausted their efforts and to contact Adobe. They sent me this screencapture.

Additionally I called your help desk and since this was Enterprise he couldn't help me, but instructed me to email the information to techcare@adobe.com. I haven't heard back from anyone regarding this issue. Can you please help?
