Unable to Sign-In apps to validate Subscription

System:

Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7

 

Prior: CC Enterprise serializer moving to Creative Cloud single user login - apps "can't sign-in" but creative cloud app works.

 

Uninstalled all apps> Ran Adobe Cleaner> Deleted all entries from Keychain: Followed instructions from the following articles:

Running out of ideas and options?

I can sign-in to a singe user creative cloud subscription, I've updated all apps with creative cloud, I can launch creative cloud apps through the desktop app.


But the apps do not reach the activtor, nothing in host file blocking, I can see the Two Logos to verify access.

There must be some file I am missing left over from the old enterprise versions? This is happening on multiple machines we are switching to single user creative cloud log-ins.
