Unable to sign in to Adobe DC Pro/Creative Cloud
Unable to sign in to Adobe DC Pro/Creative Cloud.
We have a user provisioned with adobe acrobat DC Pro, When signing into the app, it says "you do not have access to this service. please contact your it administrator to gain access" though the user is added to the correct subscription group. User is using a MAC, we tried to sign the user in to adobe.com in different browsers/computers. And the issue persists.
