Unable to view plan for account but yet billed
Hey!
I have an ongoing subscription that I wish to cancel. When I follow the steps listed in the post here: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html?promoid=61PM7X11&mv=other.html
I get to a screen shown below.

and under plans and invoices, it show me this:

I assumed that there was no ongoing plan, that is has been cancelled, but the next month I was billed again for this.
Is there a way to cancel the plan? And also if I could get a refund for the additional month I paid? I tried to cancel it before, but now I have paid 2 months of unused subscription.
