Unauthorized Charges on Company Console
I am writing to report unauthorized charges on the Adobe console belonging to the company I work for.
Despite not adding my card details to this console, I have been charged for subscriptions I did not purchase. Here are the details of the charges:
- 1 Oct 2024: R 1161.50
- 3 Oct 2024: R 2770.35
- 9 Oct 2024: R 23.23
- 9 Oct 2024: R 35.41
- 14 Oct 2024: R 96.00 (declined debit order failures)
I have already contacted support multiple times and provided the necessary details. However, the issue remains unresolved. I need the following actions to be taken immediately:
- Cancel all subscriptions on the personal console without any extra charges.
- Remove my card details from the console.
- Refund the amounts that were deducted.
