Unexpected Error Received When Migrating Student Account Asset to Personal Account

The school IT department says I should be able to migrate my asset but I get this error when I hit the Migrate Assets button in the final step:

Contacted Adobe support team but received a reply like this:

I'm afraid we are not able to swap Enterprise IDs on our end, including student accounts. If the Student Asset Migration tool does not work for you, please contact the Enterprise Support here for additional help and guidance on how to proceed:
https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise.html

So it leaded me here.

Tried multiple times. Did not work till now. And the dumb thing about the migration portal is that each time it requires you to create a new account through it, even you fail a new account is still created and next time you try you have to create a new account again.

Can somebody help or recommend some helpful paid web builders so I can rebuild my portfolio there and ditch Adobe?

Are your Adobe ID and the school account in the same geographical region? That could be one reason for a failure, but I think the error that displays is different. But worth checking and eliminating. Also, take a look at the FAQs here: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/migrate-student-assets.html

And you're correct. You have ended up with different Adobe IDs. You can delete the unused accounts. https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/delete-adobe-account.html

Hi there,

Updates:

My Adobe ID and the school account are in the same geographical region.

The IT department of my school just confirmed that the admin portal settings are accurate as other students have been able to migrate their portfolio documents.

It seems like there's a high likelihood that enterprises would use enterprise storage, therefore making the migration utility... useless. Can anyone from Adobe advise an alternative solution?

I don't know how many new accounts I will end up with... just trying to test this issue.
