Hi,

I have a scenario where i need to uninstall ALL Adobe CC 2018 products, installed on a lot of laptops.

I have the AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe and this DO the job, by selecting the answers needed, but this is manual work and therefore not a solution for me due to the number of laptops.

I need to run this silent or automatically, call the .exe with uninstall ALL parameters to uninstall all silently.

Maybe through a .elevated.bat or powershell?, XML answer file or whatever possible.

I have surfed the forums, and I cannot find a solution for this ANYWHERE, which I frankly don’t understand why Adobe does not have.

Can anyone help me with this?

There gotte be a simple way of calling the cleanertol with the needed parameters….

Best regards

Brian Petersen

Hello,

We generally recommend creating an uninstaller package using the creative cloud packager to remove/uninstall the applications. Here is the help document on how to create an uninstaller package: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/enterprise/package/help/create-uninstall-package.html.

You can find the tool in Licensing Website and if you are unable to download the tool then kindly use below link:

Windows: https://www.adobe.com/go/ccp_installer_win
MAC: https://www.adobe.com/go/ccp_installer_osx

Brian, what type of Creative Cloud membership did your company purchase?  You are currently posting to the Get Started forum, which focuses on individual memberships.

Hi Vikant,

Yes i also read this but this is only the creative cloud app uninstall. not ALL the 2018 products.

As i read it untill now, you either need to make a uninstall package using Creative Cloud Packager, which i CANT download anywhere?...

Or you run Adobe Cleaner to remove ALL products, but this is manually and not possible to run silently torugh parameters etc.

Either way, there is NO way i can remove ALL installed Adobe products silently as i see it... and i NEED that option... and are fuming that this is not possible... 😕
