Uninstall Old Version of Acrobat

New Here ,
Apr 02, 2019 Apr 02, 2019

I am trying to deploy Acrobat to my company.  I am using SCCM.  Everyone has different versions of Acrobat.  Is there a switch for the MSI to uninstall old version?

If not how do I uninstall the old version without using sneaker-net?

Use the Wizard or cmd line properties: Installation options — Acrobat Customization Wizard DC for Windows

You may want to use the Wiz anyway to configure other options.

Thank you for your quick response.

When I try to open the MSI file that came with the download from the "Team Portal" It says "Wizard cannot modify this MSI package".

Not sure what your "Team Portal" is but I looked up the message.  It means the MSI file is not valid.   It's probably corrupt or perhaps you are trying to Open the wrong MSI if this is a CC package of Acrobat DC.

Steve.  I downloaded Accrobat from the Admin Console .  I have redownloaded it twice and I am using the latest version of the Wizard.

Try downloading from this page:

Download Acrobat DC installer for Enterprise term or VIP license

If that is still not working for you then try downloading from a different web browser.
