Uninstall problem (Creative Cloud from School)

Why I uninstall the apps in creative cloud but it can't dissapear, I have tried several times but it is still there?

Yes I had, but they are still there

how did you install?

what if you use your os uninstall?

are those apps, in fact, uninstalled?

I use the creative cloud app through my school email to install them, and I uninstall through creative cloud app and the control panel and app and feature

if they're removed, a properly functioning control panel would offer to remove the control panel listing when trying to uninstall.
