Uninstalling Creative Cloud products with Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool

I am attempting to use the Cleaner Tool to uninstall all Creative Cloud products. When I run this it does not do anything when I select option 4, then Clean All. I have run this several times selecting different options and then Clean All. None have worked for me. I am provided a log with the following error:

[Wed Jan 03 11:20:50 2018] Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool completed with ERRORS!

[Wed Jan 03 11:20:50 2018] Check the end of the log file for list of errors

[Wed Jan 03 11:19:56 2018] ERROR: option C not recognized

[Wed Jan 03 11:20:50 2018] *-*-*-*-*-*-* :: END :: - SUMMARY OF ERRORS *-*-*-*-*-*-*

Can anyone please provide me any information to help troubleshooting what "Option C not recognized" could mean?

Other information:

After manually uninstalling these, some through command line, some through control panel, I was left with Core Sync and Adobe Fonts. Both of these when selected individually would uninstall through the Cleaner Tool.

if you need, you can restore your uninstallers by reinstalling programs and because you've never explained why you're trying to use the cleaner, it's not clear what you're trying to accomplish with the cleaner.

The title of this discussion is "Uninstalling Creative Cloud products with the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool".... what do you think I am trying to accomplish?

Answer: Uninstalling all Creative Cloud applications

Ultimately Why? Because I need to free up the licenses associated with a group of computers so I can install CC in another location and free up the disk space on the computers it is installed on.

I think the real problem here is if the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool is only to clean up misc files after uninstalling the product in the traditional way, another "Cleaner Tool" needs to exist that is a mass uninstaller for all Adobe CC products. I have now made 1 specific to the CC Packager I have created for my environment, but that helps no one as all created packages can differ along with the referenced .msi. Uninstalling all these products manually 1 by 1 in an Enterprise environment is a huge waste of time.

    Hi,

With the Creative Cloud Packager it is possible to create an uninstall package.

Please refer to the documentation here.

Do you have full Admin Level permissions to change files on your system?

    Right Click, Run as Admin.

Yes I do have full Admin rights. All of my attempts have been with the "Run as Administrator" option.

After working with this more the only option in the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool that does NOT work are the "Clean All" options. I can select any number and it will uninstall that single product, but I cannot get the tool to run and uninstall ALL products.
