Hello,

Unfortunately, this feature is not available in the admin console. The federated IDs are managed by the organization so you can check the audit logs in the IDP portal. This article might be able to help you: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/configmgr/apps/deploy-use/monitor-app-usage-with-software-metering

How can I find the User Accounts in the Adobe Admin Console (all Federated), that have not logged-in or activated their Adobe CC accounts?
