Upgrade InDesign 15 to 16.0 with Adobe Remote Update Manager

Is it possible to update InDesign from version 15.1.3 to version 16.0. The app was installed via a package. When I run the following command the log shows that there are not updates to download.

RemoteUpdateManager.exe --action=install --productVersions=IDSN

You need to contact the system Admin for your company and or organization. There is a reason the Adobe programs install on the computer you are using got installed from a Package.
