UPS Shipping Options and Rates Not Displaying in Magento Back End or Front End

All shipping options besides local pickup have disappeared from our Magento order page along with the front end of our website's checkout. It seems to have happened overnight without anyone adjusting any settings. I have tried to turn the UPS shipping option on and off again with no success. Any idea what could be causing this?
