Hello Adobe team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out regarding a recent concern we have with our Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app.
We have been using Windows 10 Enterprise N LTSC (build 1809) for the past 2-3 years after upgrading from Windows 10 LTSB. However, we have noticed that support for some LTSC versions has been discontinued. I think it's a bit outrageous that you are already ending support for a long term support OS.
Additionally, we have recently become aware of a vulnerability (CVSS base score 8.6) in Adobe CC desktop app 5.5.0.617.
Vulnerability can be found here:
https://helpx.adobe.com/security/products/creative-cloud/apsb23-21.html
We don't understand that Adobe has not released a security patch for this (5.5.0.617) version, and as a result, we are being forced to upgrade to a newer version of Windows in order to continue using the latest version of the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app. Which will come with a cost we can't afford.
We greatly appreciate your commitment to providing high-quality products and services, and we hope that you can help us address these concerns as soon as possible.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to assist in the process.
Best regards,
Raymond | de Toekomst
@DeToekomst The solution is to update CCD 5.10, which is already available in the admin console, or the users can update it from the Internet.
I am hoping that your issue is already resolved now. Please feel free to reply if you need further assistance or information.

No LTSC versions are supported. LTSC is meant for medical equipment, process control, air traffic control, running power stations. Not a designer's computer. Some companies make a major error and think to use it for their mainstream computers. But your requirements are even more bizarre; to use a frozen Windows, designed not to be touched, and now want the app to be the latest??

Thank you for your response.
We disagree with that. This is recommended by Microsoft itself and several other parties for businesses that want stability and do not desire the latest features. We do not want Windows Store, Xbox apps, Windows Media Player, Camera, Music, Movies & TV, Candy Crush, etc.
We do not expect apps to run on the latest version and we don't need that, but we do expect security vulnerabilities to be addressed. We have been using LTSC for almost 10 years without any problems (including Adobe apps), but unfortunately, that will probably come to an end now. Adobe has the unfortunate say in this.
If we had an older Windows 10 that is still supported by Adobe but only installs up to version 5.5.617. Then we would still be vulnerable to the reported security flaw. So that is separate from the LTSC version.

Adobe's statement of system compatibility is clear. https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/download-install/kb/operating-system-guidelines.html
