User as no Acrobat DC assigned to user ID

Hello Forum   I'm Admin for Retail enterprise and have allocated a license to a user but that user does not have the application showing as available for download/install when she logs in.?

Please private message me the serial key of Acrobat DC & the email ID of the user under which Acrobat DC was registered so that I can check it at my end.

*Make sure you don't post it over here, it need to be in the private message. Over your cursor over my name & chose the message option.
