Hello, I have a user who signs in with OMITTED EMAIL ADDRESS and we updated the users name from OLD USERNAME to NEW USERNAME and while the data shows correctly in the admin online, the app on the users desktop does not. We recently performed a clean install of windows and the residual data still persists. I was wondering if anything can be done in the backend to resolve this. I will share more detailed information as needed
