User license management.

If a user leaves the company, we revoke their license and assign it to another user.

However in this case what happens to the documents/files/assets etc associated to the left users' account? Do these get deleted from Creative Cloud?

There are many files created under "Individual user folders" category. Even though we shared them with the rest of the organization, it still doesn't show up in "Shared storage" category.

We would like to make sure to keep these assets even after revoking licenses from the user account.

Please advise.
