There needs to be usage reporting for Adobe Creative Cloud products. Nearly every other enterprise level cloud product that my company uses offers this kind of reporting. Adobe is way behind in implementing this feature.
This is a public forum with "some" Adobe staff participation, use the links below to make a report or request

Still waiting, eh? I'm shocked.

Was the feature ever requested formally? Mentioning it in a community forum doesn't enter the decision making process.

Any update on this feature for Teams? It used to be available where one can see by user who has activated their account. Knowing that would allow to repurpose the subscription to another user. Not knowing would force us to buy yet more licenses. Seems like that was deliberatly removed for that purpose.

I still see that:
I also see storage usage, even for users that have been removed.

How do I access that?

They all say Active, even if they are not.

Meaning, "Active," just means the subscription is assigned. Not that someone is using it or even if they accepted the invitation.

It shows users who have activated their account as you requested: It used to be available where one can see by user who has activated their account.
Not all of those have a plan assigned (in my picture…).
But for those who have, you do not see, when the Adobe applications have been accessed. For that, you need to use a third-party accounting program. Adobe does not check that.
The method we use is a yearly software need evaluation, where users/team leaders need to indicate their software needs.

There has to be a way to know if a user is using the product. Usage Reporting is necessary.

There isn't. Or let me formulate this differently: Adobe does not monitor product usage. If you want to do that, you will need to acquire a third-party program. There will be, however, privacy issues with something like that. It will depend on your location, if and how you can implement something like that.
We think that users and team leaders are best positioned to know their needs. However, doing a needs evaluation before the renewal helps to scrap or reallocate unused licences.

Likely they don't do it so you cannot tell if users are not using the software so you downgrade unnecessary licences.
