Very much Bad experience with Adobe and customer service

HI Team, Is this your cutstomer service this is the 2nd time we are facing with Adobe and no proper support from Adobe, every time you guys are providing help articles which we performed and not helpful at all, they are useless, not sure what changes the developers doing at backend and and after thier changes all the people in the organization getting errors with no fix, No Support No fix last time also no fix was provided got automatically fixed

Could you provide some details about the product, product version, OS details, environment, and the errors your users are seeing. It'll be great if you can add a screenshot of the error. From the tags you applied, it seems that you're having issues with Acrobat. But if you can provide some additional details, we can try and help.

 

If your case is very urgent, I'd recommend that you sign in to your Admin Console and open a Support Case.

Adobe support case # ADB-20246848-Z3F1

Please refer this case number we did yesterday and not any fix provided apart from saying do update, we are in a organization and we can't do any update in 1-2 hours, all the users using Adobe pro license are affected and no fix yet provided from Adobe Support
