How do you store the hundred of video clips in the cloud for team access? Any easy solutions that don't use up your desktop storage? Looking for a library type solution.

@meganb63129037 Have you checked out Frame.io from Adobe?

That seems to be exactly what you are looking for:

Thanks. We just really only need a storage solution. Like a DAM and wondered if Adobe had a way to do that.

As @Abambo mentioned you have Creative Cloud storage but it is clunky at best for Video storage/sharing.

I would still recommed Frame.io if you are producing the video files and storing them. You don't have to use the comment/review capabilities.

Otherwise if you are not producing the files and only wish to store - you may want to contact your Adobe team for Teams/Enterprise storage where you can centrally manage a library of those assets.

You need to use a cloud system that allows you to offload the files to the cloud and downloads only in case of use. Creative cloud technology is local storage synched to the cloud. So, that won't be your solution.

However, Adobe does that for a reason: Files treated by Adobe products tend to be huge. The hugest files are probably source-video-files, that can easily reach several hundred gigabytes. On my system, just doing a local backup of my files, especially the video files, takes days for a full backup (about 8Tb).

Downloading those files to the local storage from the cloud will take an eternity, even if using a fast connection.

@Abambo https://frame.io would be a much more tailored solution specific for video.
