Good morning, I wanted to ask you a question: I currently have a VIP number which has however expired.
1) How long do the licenses remain active if payment for renewal is not made?
2) if you were to change retailer and therefore proceed to create a new VIP number:
-- 2a) can I use the same account by associating it with two VIP numbers or do I have to create another one?
-- 2b) with the new VIP do I have to re-assign the licenses I had in the other VIP?
And will each user have to first save files to the current cloud and move them to the new one?
What does the transition to a new VIP number mean in practice?
