We purchased 5 annual paid team licenses from Adobe official site on March 4, 2024. These licenses were canceled by Adobe on April 15 via e-mail without explanation. Our administration was deleted and our licenses were canceled. It is very difficult to reach the customer representative without the admin console.
We have an invoice, we have a payment receipt, there is no problem with our card. What is the problem? What is the reason for canceling our licenses? We cannot find a solution, an answer from anyone.
