what to do about missing payment and suspended account
Due to financial difficulty, I stopped paying my monthly subscription bill in May. I can't use the apps now, my account has been suspended. I pay through my credit card and since my card balance is never enough they can't take anything. If I don't cancel my plan, would Adobe send an invoice for the following months? The last time they sent an invoice was in May and it was paid. I may have had access to my apps in June but I think from July, I couldn't access any apps. How do I cancel my plan when I'm not using the apps? They won't let me cancel it since the last payment had failed.
