I have downloaded the latest version of adobe reader DC 17 but where can I download the customization wizard.

As per the description above, you want to download the Adobe Acrobat Customization Wizard DC for 2017, Is that correct?

The Acrobat Customization Wizard is same for Adobe Reader DC 2017.

The above link which you shared is working fine, and there is no issue i.e. it's not temporarily down or moved to a new web address. I clicked on the link which you shared and downloaded the CustWiz.exe file on my Windows 10 machine.

Or try it on a different browser.
