Hello Dinesh,

Sorry for the inconvenience. Could you let me know the below information:

1. Did you try to update the application?
2. What OS is installed on your machine?
3. What the error message or what exactly is the problem.

On Creative cloud, in front of Adobe XD after the open button, there are 3 dots, you may click on that and it should give you an option to install another version of Adobe XD.

Thanks,
Nikhil Gupta

Hello Dinesh,

Most of the CC 2021 apps are only compatible with Win 10 1803 or higher. You may try to update the OS and check if that works. You can check the system requirements in below link.
System requirements Adobe CC

Thanks,

Hello Nikhil,

It was working fine earlier. I was able to work on XD application like a charm. But suddenly adding new requiremetns in the middle of subscription is impacting the whole work. Its like applying brake by motor company in the middel of journey out of no driver agreement and driver is wondering why vehical is stopped out of sudden.

Now, how to make it work for user like me who want to continue without updating OS version, like it was working before.
