I'm the administrator for a creative cloud for teams membership, and as of last week all of our users are getting a message saying that their membership has expired (it hasn't). Signing out and back in again doesn't make any difference, and neither does deleting the opm.db file as suggested in other posts with a similar problem. So far, the only workaround I've found is to revoke the licence from the user and then issue it back to them. A bit of a pain to be honest, especially for users who have files synced, and I don't want to make this a regular occurrence.
Has anyone else experienced this issue, and come up with a more graceful solution?
