I understand that you don't like it but rather than getting angry now when there is nothing much you can do you should have spent a few minutes to read the terms of subscription when choosing a plan for your needs. Having said that, let us know the following
- What exactly are you trying to do? Do you want to switch plans, just cancel a plan etc?
- Which kind of subscription do you have, individual or teams/enterprise?

According to the terms of your contract, you can cancel your plans shortly before the anniversary date of the contract.
