Why don't I have the option to manage my plan?

I am currently looking at my plan via 'account.adobe.com/plans'

 

I can see my plan - Adobe for Teams. I can access all the apps via Creative Cloud desktop.

 

HOWEVER, there is no option to manage my plan. Say I wanted to cancel or change my subscription, how am I supposed to do it? Below is an image of the page - as you can see, where the official Adobe webpage that tells you how to change your plan claims I should have an option to manage my plan, there is just blank space.

 

 

Anyone have any ideas?

Another post with an answer that is not really "correct" - the question you want answered is 

a.) how can you downsize excessive licenses?

b.) when can you do this?

the answers are that it is possible to do as an Admin, from https://adminconsole.adobe.com/ but only if you're in the 30 day renewal timeframe.

Go to the Account tab and scroll down - do you see a Renewal box?  That is the ONLY time you can actually do this - you have to be less than 30 days from the renewal date, and you probably will only be for sure in this window if you've received an email called Updates to your Adobe plans.

So if you have this option, you can find the "UPDATE PLAN" blue button and that will take you to a new portal which actually allows you to downsize your seats (or get more if you are a successful company making tons of money and life is good). In each section on the right you will see how many licenses you have assigned and total, i.e. 5/7 Photoshop means you are only assigning 2 and have 5 that are wasted.  Click the widget below to lower the "Renewing Licenses" to what you'd like.

Notice the very large monthly savings, and feel good that you finally made it to this post to get a real how-to. ❤️

    The answer by @Test Screen Name is correct in that sense that individual users can't manage their plan and that all plan management must go through the admin console. You need to be an administrator for your company to access that console. And you can do a lot more through this console than just reducing the number of licences.

    BTW: If I'm correct, there is a grace period of 60 days (30 days before and 30 days after renewal). And all administrators get alerted of the upcoming renewal.

    Plans for the members of the team aren't managed by the members of the team. They are managed by the administrator of the team. If you are the administrator of the team, use the Adobe Admin Console. You can remove licenses from members of the team,and they become available to give to other team members. You can only reduce the license count at particular times, according to the license terms.
