Why has my CC access to Adobe Fonts been revoked?

Hi there,

My organisation has provided me with a Creative Cloud licence, but for some reason Adobe Fonts appears to have stopped working. In the space where I used to be able to switch fonts on and off on fonts.adobe.com there is now grey text that reads "Available with CC" as though I don't have a CC subscription.

How can I regain access to Adobe Fonts?

Warm regards,

Do you have a Teams/Enterprise licence or an individual licence?

Fonts access does not get revoked by Adobe, it's an integral part of the package. Are you certain that you are still signed-in? Screenshots would be helpful, but please blur out private information.
