Why not allow notes or a field for departments?

It would be great if there was an option to allow notes for the Creative Cloud users. Or even an optional field for departments. When it comes time for billing in a large organization, it would make splitting the bill between departments much easier.

Yes, this would be helpful. We assign users a license based on the position. If they move to another department it can be difficult to track. Being able to add a note would assist with billing and knowing which department is paying for a license.
