why the software under 64 bits dónt open directly?

Our company recently bought creative cloud suite.

We generated the packager under 64 bits architecture,  everything was normal, the client computer is Core7 8Gb RAM and HD 1Tb Windows 7 64 bits.

Our problem is: The installation was normal, but when we try to open the programs the software under 64 bits dönt open immediately and show a error message:  "windows have close the program, search for a solution online".

But when its opened a file directly the message doesnt´n show.

(my english es poor, but I hope do me understand).
