Copy or move the CCsetup.exe file from the Downloads folder to C:drive. (for ex. C:\Temp)

After it's done do a right click and select "Run as Administrator" and check.

Do you have checked the steps in the second link?

Do you have installed any protection programs like virus scanner, internet protection and so on?

If yes, deactivate these programs and check again.

I don't have Windows 11 and so I don't have experience with the new operating system.

At the moment I don't have any further ideas.
