Hi all,

I want to buy more adobe licences but I cant do it. a bar on the site says :

'You can no longer place a request for additional licenses here. Please reach out to your account manager for additional licenses.'

Any ideas ?

Hello,

It seems like there is an issue with either payment or license provisioning in your contract which is restricting you to add more licenses to the console. Kindly contact your Account Manager/Reseller and check how many licenses should be available and the payment is processed.
