I can't install creative cloud to access the adobe apps. I get a "You've been sign out, please sign in again to access adobe apps" but I am signed in through my Valencia College atlas account which grants be access to the apps. I did rid my computer of all previous adobe software and uninstalled creative cloud.

Go to https://account.adobe.com. If you are signed in, go to plans. If you do not see a plan, sign out.

If you are not signed in, sign in to the Enterprise account, not the personal account. While being signed in, you should see your plan, and you should be able to download the Creative Cloud Application.

If not, please consult your school's IT support. For Enterprise customer (you are an Enterprise customer), the "Enterprise" is responsible for the first level support. They can contact, if needed, priority customer support.

If you are still stuck, you can update this.
