    Go to the Adobe Creative Cloud, click on the "gear" icon which is settings, --> Preferences... -> Creative Cloud -> Apps , Change the APP LANGUAGE to "English (International)".

    Hello, I am in China. Acrobat Pro DC pops up with a Language error:

    Your Subscription entitles you to Chinese simplified product versions

    and when clicking OK the app closes down.  If I change the language settings to Chinese the app works, BUT I can't read Chinese... I have copied a Personal English version to my company laptop but "China" detects it and that Personal version now has the same issue. If I am in Hong Kong everything works fine....Been trying to sort this out for many days now. Adobe is not helpfull. PLEASE help me  Thank you Ton

    After PSD file is executed directly, PS will be out of this, click the close button or OK button will exit the PS to have a headache

    Hi Jack,

    Can you tell me what you installed? Also, what language do you have active on the macbook?

    Hi! I had exact same problem. I changed all my system language and creative cloud language to English, and I've downloaded the photoshop again. It still said that I'm entitled to simplified Chinese. I cannot use it at all. I've let the adobe staff to remote control my laptop and help me set it, but it still doesn't work! He asked me to use photoshop 2015 instead of the newest version. I need a solution for this.

    I can tell you this is dang near impossible to resolve.  Had the same problem, solved it as indicated below:

    Hi guys,

    After spending a whole evening Googling and Baiduing, I found a way to fix this:

    1. Remove Photoshop CC 2017;
    2. Set the app language in the Creative Cloud to simplified Chinese (you are going to install in Chinese);
    3. Reinstall Photoshop CC 2017 again, make sure the UI language is Chinese when you launch it;
    4. Google for some English language pack, for example, I found en_GB in Zhihu.com;
    5. Copy the en_XX(e.g. en_GB in my example) to X:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2017\Locales (your installation folder)From <https://www.zhihu.com/question/52278477>
    6. Relaunch Photoshop CC 2017, go to reference and change the UI language to English:
    7. Then you can go back to Creative Cloud to set the app language back to English in case you do not want to install other Chinese version apps. (Funny thing that Creative Cloud can recognize the Chinese Photoshop when the app language set to English, and vice versa);
    8. Notes: My platform is Window 10 Home edition Simplified Chinese 64X (of course if you can change your system language will be perfect like my other computer with Windows 10 pro, but unfortunately home edition cannot) ;

    Hopefully also work for you!

    The only issue is I am here in China and already have a baidu account, so getting the en_GB file may not be so easy for you to download.  The direct link is (http://pan.baidu.com/s/1c27iK9q ) and password to access is, bvgt.  Then you can go into preference and select English once you have dropped the unzipped folder into your Locales\  folder as shown in the image on the zhihu.com link.  If you can't get his en_GB.zip file, try Goggling for one. Good luck!
