СЕРГЕЙС99593901 are attempting to download the installation files for the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application?  If so why?  Are you receiving a particular error message?

If you have a Creative Cloud for Team or Enterprise Membership then you can utilize the Creative Cloud Packager to create local installation files for Creative Cloud applications.  These installation packages include the Creative Cloud desktop app as part of the installation.  For more details see Adobe Creative Cloud Packager​.

If you have an Creative Cloud Individual membership then can you please indicate what error is preventing the installation of the Creative Cloud desktop app?  Also which operating system are you attempting to install the Creative Cloud desktop app on?

yeah, I'm trying.  the employees of the company there is no "clean" Internet that would install CreativeCloudSet-Up (796кб).

I am moving this discussion to the Deployment for Creative Cloud for Team, Enterprise, & CS forum.  You can find a number of resources in this forum on how to deploy Adobe Creative Cloud applications, in a restricted environment, with a Creative Cloud for Team or Enterprise membership.

If your organization only has a single Creative Cloud Individual membership then please update this discussion so alternate solutions can be discussed.
