Adobe Creative Cloud silent installation problem

hi, I'm trying to install the Adobe Creative Suite silently, but when I try to run the MSI I get the message below:

the setup must update files or services that cannot be updated while the system is running

How can I bypass this message?

Hi,

I had already tried with / q, / qn, / qb-, etc., but the installation fails. From the task manager you see the MSI turn for a while and then close.

Does a log file get produced? Specifically the PDApp.log
