Adobe Licensing Website / Problems Logging In

So when I go onto the Adobe Licensing website to log in with my Adobe ID it says "Adobe does not recognize you as an authorized user of this web site." I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong; I even changed my password and it still won't let me log in. Do I need a separate account for the licensing or..? Please help.

I'm having the very same problem.  I've been round and round on the Adobe site but there has been no definitive answer for the problem.  I am CALLING Adobe tomorrow as the Live Chat wasn't worth my time and effort.  They had no clue what I was even talking about and kept sending me to pages on the Adobe website that had no effect in solving this dilemma.  I'll keep you posted if I get this solved.  I'm bookmarking this page.  If you've found the answer, please reply to this post.  Thanks and good luck to you!

Were you able to log in previously? It may be that you are not a contact for any accounts in LWS.

No.  I have never logged into this area of ADOBE.  I used to be able to go in to my account and see every product I had ever bought and registered with an Adobe Account NUMBER.  This was before the days of Creative Cloud.  Since Adobe has done away with ID numbers, I can only see a few of my registered products.  I want access to them all and can't find them.  If they are all listed in the LWS area of Adobe, I am denied access.  No one seems to be able to help me get in my using the Internet, so, I'm calling Adobe, TODAY!!!!

Calling didn't help either.  So I have reopened my case and hope they will escalate it to a higher tier and resolve this issue. I've been an Adobe customer for so many years now.  It seems Adobe representatives should be able to resolve this issue easily.
