Generally, the genuine service gets updated when you update the creative cloud desktop app or any other application.

You should not assume you need an update to the app. Often you need an update to the antimalware definitions. If you have checked the file is genuine and unmodified (look at the signature), then you need to report it to Qualys as a false hit.
