Can't switch to Enterprise account

I have an Enterprise account set up by my school but whenever I try to login using the sign into Enterprise account button and put in my school email, it sends me back to the normal Adobe signin. I have no other Adobe accounts with my school email so why wont it let me put in my password before sending me back to the normal Adobe signin screen?

    I would check with the administrator of your Admin Portal whether you have been added and given product entitlement. If using Federated ID for Single Sign On it would be normal to be redirected to a sign in page, but this is normally a page for your own organization and not for Adobe.
