CC app constantly logging me out on corporate network

Hi, on my client's corporate network, my CC app is kicks me out of being logged in for periods as short as 5 minutes. If I'm lucky, it stays logged in for an hour or two. This is incredibly frustrating as Adobe XD ONLY works when the app is logged in and one of my brands has recently chosen new brand fonts, which are Adobe Fonts, and this also requires the app to stay logged in.

 

Does anybody have any recommendations on what to do? Are there certain things that need to be done on the IT side of things so that this app keeps its connection? I'm a noob when it comes to IT/network/security. Thank you!
