Creative Cloud as a file server

Hi,

I'm wondering about creative cloud and if it can be used to replace our creative file server. We are a team of three. Is anyone else using it like this?

We would need to migrate our whole server up there and it is over the 100gb size included with the plan. Can this be upgraded?

If anyone else is using for your team I'd really like to hear from you. There does not seem to be much (or any) documentation from Adobe on using this as a cloud service for business, teams.

Thank you

Hi gerber914,

Thank you for posting your query in Commnunity forums.

I understand that you wish to upgrade the Cloud Storage for your Team.

As I have checked your Team account details, I see that the Teams contract was purchased via a Reseller.
I would like to inform you that if you purchased your plan from a retailer or an Adobe reseller, you would have received a redemption code.

Additional storage is currently not available for plans purchased with a redemption code. However, this facility may become available soon. Meanwhile, to add storage, purchase the Lightroom plan (1TB) or the Photography plan (1TB). To purchase these plans, visit the https://www.adobe.com/in/creativecloud/plans.html page.

For Team orders purchased directly online or via Adobe Sales, the option for Upgrading the Cloud Storage is available and the steps are mentioned in : https://helpx.adobe.com/in/x-productkb/global/upgrade-creative-cloud-storage.html

Thank you,
Deepjyoti.

It might duplicate your file server. But you’d need a locally maintained storage for your backup strategy. Also consider implications of an internet outage.

Thank you Deepjyoti. Should we have our reseller purchase the additional space? I'm not clear on what is the best way to proceed in getting the additional space added to our Team.
Thank you.
