Error loging into Adobe LWS site

Anyone see this error before and how to resolve ?

 

I have tried various browsers, have tried clearing cache .  Im trying to get some details on my companies Acrobat Site ETLA licenses (serial numbers etc)

 

"Your Computer Seems to be offline. Please check your internet and try again". The url i use is licensing.adobe.com

    I can success log in Licensing Web site.
    I used Windows 10 Firefox.
    Access within the company may be restricted by a firewall.
    You may ask network administator.
