exceeded number of installations for volume license photoshop cs3

i have a volume license for adobe photoshop cs3 for 4 machines. 3 of the machines were replaced and it wasn't possible to uninstall the program to release the licenses. Now when i try to use the serial number during the installation on the new machines it tells me that the license has exceeded the number of installations.  case no:0218014685

is it possible for adobe to disable all previous installations of a particular serial number so that they can be reinstalled?

The only solution in this case is to have the number of activations increased, which has to be done by Adobe.

As this involves confidential information (serial numbers) we cannot do this on the forum.

Although the CS3 product is no longer supported, activation issues should still be supported by our teams who can be contacted via Contact Customer Care
