I need to install InDesign cc 2015 because I use a xPresso plug in. When I try to install an older version of InDesign it doesn't give me the option of cc 2015. Is there anyway I can still access it somewhere?

As per the new support policy of creative cloud, the supported versions are the latest and one previous version. Here is the document: https://helpx.adobe.com/support/programs/cc-support-policy.html.
However, you can create a package from the creative cloud packager or can check this link: https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-2015-direct-download-links.html
