Issue with Adobe Acrobat license issue after installing Adobe 11.0.13

Hi Team,

We were already having Adobe Acrobat ProXI license version installed in our system, after updating it to Adobe Acrobat version 11.0.13. When we are trying to open any file its asking for new license. Please find the below screen shot. Can anyone please let me know what could be the possible reason behind this issue and how it can be solved. Any help is deeply appreciated.
