Hello,
following situation:
Windows Server 2019 domain with Win 10 clients
The following problem occurs on a client under a specific user of the local and domain admin.
Installation Creative cloud aborts at 0.6% with error P205. If you install under another admin it works. If you start the installed version with the other user, the login is repeated repeatedly.

I would like to inform you that CC apps are not supported on servers or VDIs as of now. Kindly try to install it on a physical machine and check if you are getting the same error with the same account.
The error P205 comes when the application is unable to connect to Adobe servers. Please check if all Adobe ports are whitelisted and you might have to check the account using which you are getting error. The user generally gets a sign in loop when there is a permission issue on Adobe folders or there are restrictions on the network. You can check the below help document to troubleshoot the issue:
