Good day,
I have successfully created and tested 32-bit and 64-bit Adobe CC packages for Microsoft Windows that I have created using Creative Cloud Packager.
The issue I have is that my SCCM distribution point space is limited, I have tried to merge the 32-bit and 64-bit source files.
Windows merged the files and folders to create a 3rd "package", and I skipped the files/folders where there were matches between the 2 packages. I tested the 32-bit install which failed with the following notable log entries in %temp%\PDApp.log:
06/02/16 09:27:37:630 | [INFO] | | ASU | DeploymentManager | DeploymentManager | | | 4356 | Adobe Installer launch location is :: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\DECore\Setup.exe

06/02/16 09:27:40:579 | [INFO] | | ASU | DeploymentManager | DeploymentManager | | | 4356 | Starting to clean the partially installed payloads.
Has anyone successfully merged the 32-bit and 64-bit package source files for Adobe CC? Is this at all possible?
Any info is greatly appreciated
Thanks
Unfortunately in my experience this does not work. Our advice is to use the Creative Cloud Packager to build 32 and 64 bit packages separately.
Our documentation states "In Windows, if you want to install on both 32-bit and 64-bit systems, you must create both a 32-bit package and a 64-bit package."
